Yes! We can drop you off at a different hotel as long as it is still in the Jakarta area. There is an additional charge if you want to be dropped off at the airport or the hotel near the airport/outside Jakarta.

Can I leave my luggage in the car?

Absolutely! You can leave your luggage in the car and our driver will take care of your luggage and belongings in the car. However, we suggest bringing very important belongings with you during the tour.

Can the itinerary be customized?

Absolutely! You can customize the tour program following your interest; please contact us, so our travel expert will make arrangements to ensure your interests are met.

Do local sellers/vendors accept payments in dollars?

If you want to purchase items or souvenirs from street vendors, please note that payments can only be made in Indonesian Rupiah (Cash). Only certain official souvenir shops, such as those at the Puppet Studio, provide the option to pay by Credit Card.

How can I make a payment for this tour?

We offer three convenient payment methods for the tour: Credit Card – A secure payment link will be sent directly to your email. Cash – Payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) Bank Transfer – Transfer to our Indonesian Local Bank (BCA); an invoice will be sent to your email.

What if some places are closed, like National Monument & Museums on Monday or Istiqlal Mosque on Friday?

If the place is closed, you can still visit the outside area and we will also take you to other nearby destinations.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it may be non-refundable, even if you cancel. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen events (Force Majeure), we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund, depending on our management policy. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you do not show up for the tour without prior cancellation or a valid reason. If you need to change the date or time of the tour, changes are allowed without penalty if made within a certain period, subject to availability. Please note that the refund process may take several days to reflect in your account.

What will happen if it’s raining?

No worries! The tour will continue even if it rains. We will provide umbrellas in the car and the tour guide will adjust the program to visit indoor places to ensure comfort.

Can I go to the top of the National Monument?

Yes! You can go up to the top of the National Monument, but on certain days, you have to queue for 1-2 hours (it can be 3 hours on weekends) to take the lift to the top. If you want to go to the top of the monument, we suggest do the tour on weekdays and starting the tour at 8 or 8:30 AM.

Do I need special clothing to visit the Istiqlal Mosque?

Yes! A dress code does apply when visiting the Istiqlal Mosque. All visitors are required to wear long pants and long-sleeved shirts. However, no worries — if you prefer to wear shorts during the tour, the mosque provides special robes for visitors to wear inside.

Can I be dropped off at the airport or a different hotel at the end of the tour?

Yes, we can drop you off at a different hotel as long as it is within the Jakarta area. Please note that under our Special Promo on this New Website, will be valid until April 2026, an additional charge of IDR 150,000 applies for round-trip arrangements to or from the airport, nearby airport hotels or areas outside Jakarta. If you are joining the tour directly from the airport to Jakarta (or returning to the airport after the tour) while carrying luggage, the fee is IDR 100,000 for a one-way trip. If you need to make a stop at a hotel before or after the tour to pick up or drop off luggage, special arrangements may apply. Kindly contact our admin for further assistance.
