Can I leave my luggage in the car?

Absolutely, You can leave your luggage in the car and our driver will take care of your luggage and belongings in the car. However, we suggest bringing very important belongings with you during the tour.

Can we enter the National Monument and Istiqlal Mosque?

For the night tour program, you can only visit the outside area of these sites. Both Istiqlal Mosque and the National Monument have designated visitor hours, and entry is not permitted outside of those times.

What will happen if it’s raining?

The tour will continue even if it rains. We provide umbrellas in the car, and the tour guide will adjust the program to visit indoor places to ensure comfort.

Are there provisions for meal restrictions or dietary requests?

Yes, we can provide vegetarian or other special dietary options such as: Vegan, Halal, Gluten-Free, Allergic, etc. Please inform us during booking about your special dietary request.

Can I be dropped off at the airport or a different hotel at the end of the tour?

Yes, we can drop you off at a different hotel as long as it’s within the Jakarta area. An additional charge of IDR 300,000 applies for round-trip arrangements to or from the airport, nearby airport hotels, or areas outside Jakarta. If you’re joining the tour directly from the airport to Jakarta (or returning to the airport after the tour), and still carrying luggage, the fee is IDR 200,000 for a one-way trip. If you need to make a stop at a hotel before or after the tour to pick up or leave luggage, special arrangements may apply. Please contact our admin for assistance.

How many types of local food are covered by the packages?

We provided the Jakarta Pancake included for this Tour Program. We let you choose the meals according to your interest as personal expense

What should I bring for the tour?

We suggest bringing a small amount of cash (IDR) for optional purchases at local markets.

Can the itinerary be customized?

Do local sellers/vendors accept payments in dollars?

Local street sellers and vendors only accept payments in cash (Indonesian Rupiah). However, some culinary establishments in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area may accept credit card payments.

How can I make a payment for this tour?

We offer three payment methods for the tour: 1. Credit Card (a payment link will be sent to your email) 2. Cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah 3. Bank Transfer to an Indonesian Local Bank (BCA). An invoice will be sent to your email.

Can I request a guide based on gender?

In most cases you can request either a male or female guide. It’s recommended to make this request in advance so the operator will check the availability of the tour guide.

Is it safe to join a night tour in Jakarta?

Yes, it is safe. You will be with a local guide the entire time and the places we visit are popular at night. As with any big city, it’s still best to follow the guide’s instructions and keep personal belongings secure.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it may be non-refundable, even if you cancel. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events (force majeure), we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund, depending on our management policy. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you do not show up for the tour without prior cancellation or a valid reason. If you need to change the date or time of the tour, changes are allowed without penalty if made within a certain period, subject to availability. Please note that the refund process may take several days to reflect in your account.
