Yes, we can drop you off at a different hotel as long as it’s within the Jakarta area. An additional charge of IDR 300,000 applies for round-trip arrangements to or from the airport, nearby airport hotels, or areas outside Jakarta. If you’re joining the tour directly from the airport to Jakarta (or returning to the airport after the tour), and still carrying luggage, the fee is IDR 200,000 for a one-way trip. If you need to make a stop at a hotel before or after the tour to pick up or leave luggage, special arrangements may apply. Please contact our admin for assistance.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it may be non-refundable, even if you cancel. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events (force majeure), we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund, depending on our management policy. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you do not show up for the tour without prior cancellation or a valid reason. If you need to change the date or time of the tour, changes are allowed without penalty if made within a certain period, subject to availability. Please note that the refund process may take several days to reflect in your account.

What should I bring for the tour?

We suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, and small cash (IDR) for optional purchases at local markets.

What if some places are closed, like National Monument & Museums on Monday or Istiqlal Mosque on Friday?

If the place is closed, you can still visit it from outside area and we will also take you to other nearby destinations.

Can I buy batik at the Batik Museum?

Batik is not available for purchase at the museum. However, you can share your preferences with our tour guide, whether you are looking for high quality pieces or more affordable options, and they will gladly recommend the best places to shop based on your needs.
