The tour will continue even if it rains. We provide umbrellas in the car, and the tour guide will adjust the program to visit indoor places to ensure comfort.

We offer three convenient payment methods for the tour:

Credit Card – A secure payment link will be sent directly to your email.
Cash – Payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
Bank Transfer – Transfer to our Indonesian Local Bank (BCA); an invoice will be sent to your email.

If you want to purchase items or souvenirs from the street seller vendors, please note that payments can only be made in Indonesian Rupiah (Cash). Only certain official souvenir shops, such as Puppet studio, Danar Hadi (Batik Shop) and the shopping centre that provide the option to pay by Credit Card.

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it may be non-refundable, even if you cancel. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen events (Force Majeure), we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund, depending on our management policy.

No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you do not show up for the tour without prior cancellation or a valid reason. If you need to change the date or time of the tour, changes are allowed without penalty if made within a certain period, subject to availability. Please note that the refund process may take several days to reflect in your account.

Yes, we can drop you off at a different hotel as long as it is within the Jakarta area. Please note that under our Special Promo on this New Website, will be valid until March 2026, an additional charge of IDR 150,000 applies for round-trip arrangements to or from the airport, nearby airport hotels or areas outside Jakarta.

If you are joining the tour directly from the airport to Jakarta (or returning to the airport after the tour) while carrying luggage, the fee is IDR 100,000 for a one-way trip.
